NRK requests a maintenance agreement for Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) suite client security software.
NRK’s SEP solution is operated daily by NRK's IT personnel. It is desirable that the supplier assumes responsibility for everything around this solution and also the daily operation of the system, to ensure a stable operation and further development of the solution.
This involves:
— Consultancy and input,
— Support Agreement with rapid response and guaranteed response time,
— Pro-active service, in the form of notification of critical events and product-specific updates,
— Maintenance of licenses.
The supplier shall ensure that NRK’s employees have a smooth experience during the contract period. This means that viruses and malware shall be stopped and removed quickly and efficiently and that NRK's IT personnel have control of the situation at all times. In contrast, NRK's production has a desire for quick and functional manufacturing systems without hassle and encumbrance.

Accounts:

—The company's annual accounts with auditor's notes for the last two years shall be submitted.

Credit evaluation:

—Credit/solidity evaluation and bankruptcy predictions from a recognised credit rating company shall be attached to the qualification application. The evaluation must provide information about (1) credit rating and (2) degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy predictions),

— The assessment must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Award authority requires that supplier has a sound financial and economic position.

Supplier shall have good solidity that ensures implementation capacity throughout the agreement period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Supplier shall demonstrate presence that can handle delivery, user support and service network for NRK, and shall also describe availability.

Supplier shall include a description of their organisation, including the extent to which subcontractors / partners will be used to ensure proper quality and timely deliveries to NRK.
