MA2502/12E Towed vehicle, semi-trailer for HD1

The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a contract involving building of new semi-trailer (trailer) with custom-made fixtures. The semi-trailer shall be model “City trailer” with two shafts of which the rear shaft is steerable. Internal loading space shall be 12 metres.
The semi-trailer shall primarily be used for transporting camera equipment for the Awarding Authority’s HD1 OB bus. The contract includes delivery of semi-trailer as well as adaptation of the trailer to fit a truck. The truck is not included in the delivery.
The Awarding Authority requests lowest possibly loading height from ground and up to floor level. The tender shall contain delivery semi-trailer with addition installed in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s drafts and specifications. The Awarding Authority assumes that the supplier has competence to plan, test and deliver the vehicle ready for use.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The Awarding Authority makes requirements regarding the supplier’s financial and economic position.
It is required financial strength and financial position which guarantee the implementation ability throughout the entire contract period.
Documentation requirement: Accounts.
— The company’s annual accounts with auditor’s reports for 2009 and 2010 shall be enclosed.
— Certified printout of the most recent periodic accounts for 2011 shall also be enclosed.
Credit appraisal:
— Credit/solidity appraisal from an approved credit rating agency shall be enclosed the qualification application. The appraisal shall not be older than 2 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to initiate separate appraisal of the company’s economic and financial position.
If the tenderer is uncertain if the documentation of financial capacity is considered sufficient, alternative documentation which substantiate financial implementation ability is accepted.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The company shall substantiate attendance which can deliver, provide user-support and service network to the Awarding Authority as well as description of competence and accessibility.
— Description of the tenderer’s organisation, including proportion of use of sub-suppliers/joint venture partners in order to ensure correct quality and timely deliveries.
Documentation requirement: All of the above listed requirement points shall be documented separately in such a way that they can be precisely evaluated against the offered product/service categories.
The tenderer shall state minimum 3 relevant, current and well documented references within the relevant product area. The references should be from awarding authorities of corresponding size and complexity as the Awarding Authority.
Documentation requirement:
The references shall as a minimum contain the following information:
Names of the awarding authorities, contact information of the awarding authorities; names, position, e-mail addresses and telephone nos. Brief description of the dates and times of the deliveries.
