The Norwegian Broadcasting Corperation, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall on behalf of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corperation and the Norwegian Police University College enter into framework agreements for delivery of beverages and beer.
The product groups are further specified in the tender documents’ part III-Annex 1 with sub-annexes. The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one product groups or several.
The procurement shall supplement framework agreements entered into privously regarding canteen products. This shall be done by entering into long-term framework agreements for delivery of mineral water and beer to competitive prices. Simultanously the Awarding Authority wishes to arrange for efficient administrative routines in connection with orders, receipt and payment. Due to this, the Awarding Authority wishes to restrict the total number of suppliers. Exclusive and nationwide agreements for both product groups shall be entered into. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period starts 1.10.2012 and the Norwegian Police University College will enter into the agreement immediately whilst the Norwegian Broadcasting Corperation will enter into the agreement from 1.1.2013. The contract period is 2 years with unilateral right for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s). This means that the maximum contract period (incl. options) is 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The tenderer shall not be subject to final and enforceable judgment regarding legal offence.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall not have severe ongoing or compulsory inspections during the previous 3 years.
Documentation requirement: Documentation from the previous year’s inspections from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority or the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, as well as description of implemented measures, if any.
The tenderer shall have established quality assurance procedures in compliance with current rules and regulations.
Documentation requirements: The tenderer shall give account for internal control of food (IK mat)/ HACCP (Hazard analysis and Critical Control Points) and other relevant quality assurance routines in relation to production, packaging, storage and transport.
