Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Suppliers must have sufficient financial ability and security to carry out the contractual obligations. As a minimum, the bank submitting the offer by the deadline, has a procurement capital in excess of 60 billion NOK and also has achieved an international credit rating of A- or credit rating of A- in accordance with corresponding Norwegian credit ratings.

Requirements to Licensing.
A license (permit) is required to conduct financial business in Norway. Such permit is documented in laws, regulations and circulars.
A permit requires, among other things, that the company is founded by an amount in Norwegian kroner (NOK) equivalent to at least 5 000 000 EUR in capital (shares)/primary capital. Moreover, the company's capital shall be relatively proportionate to the business that shall be conducted by the company, and the company's management, managing director or other person who actually manages the business must be regarded as suitable.
