Lillehammer health care building - furniture for office and health institution
Lillehammer municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest involving purchase of furniture to Lillehammer health care building.
The Awarding Authority shall procure furniture for offices and common areas for employees and residents at Lillehammer health care building (formerly Lillehammer nursing home). The Awarding Authority shall upgrade Lillehammer health care building with i.a. a new building with an area of 5 500 m2. The new building shall include day care departments with a total capacity of 28 day care places and two bedpost departments with a capacity of 20 beds each, amounting to a total of 40 day-and-night places, including common areas.
The contract also includes construction of a new assembly hall, new canteen, etc. Some upgrading of sections of the existing buildings, due to closure of a 2 beds rooms, facilitation of special units as well as some new offices.
Number of patients will not be expanded, and some reuse of the furniture and equipment from existing buildings are to be expected.
In accordance with the prevailing progress plan, the new building shall be completed before Easter 2013, and the reconstructions, etc., shall be completed during late autumn 2013. The main delivery of furniture shall be in week 14/2013, in accordance with further agreed upon agreement.
