Leasing/purchase of cars for Vefsn kommune

Vefsn kommune invites to tender regarding for the lease / purchase of vehicles and related services. The contract will also include the need for new vehicles and related services that arise in our municipal corporations within the same contract period.
In the relevant period the cars will be available for service use within the municipal entities such as technical, planning and development, construction and building, home care services, substance abuse and mental health service and child welfare service constitute a significant part of the contract.
The tender also includes the delivery of service / workshop services, and provision of summer and winter tires during the contract period.
This request does not include the purchase of any fleet management and insurance services.
The municipality needs for cars during this period will be in the form of purchasing / leasing between anywhere from 40 to 50 cars. The bulk of the procurement will be done through leasing.
The majority of the contracts for the leasing of cars will expire during 2013 and 2014.
The municipality would also like the option of obtaining a small number of electric cars and hybrid vehicles for testing. It is unknown at the current time if the municipality will test out alternative cars or possibly how many vehicles it is necessary to acquire, but we also ask for quotes on the leasing / purchasing of such models.
