The Awarding Authority requests tenders for delivery of 138 rental vehicles divided in 100 standard cars (passenger cars), 5 electric cars and 33 cars in the category other type of cars (delivery trucks, mini buses, lorries, combined cars, passenger cars).
The tenderer is invited to submit tenders for lots:
a) standard cars;
b) other type of cars, and
c) electric cars, or submit tenders for all the listed lots.
Electric cars are an option for the Awarding Authority and is not binding.

As documentation, the Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to make himself acquainted with the registered information of the company and shall in the tender, accept that the Awarding Authority obtains the information and that this information will be the basis for assessment of the tenderer’s financial conditions.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have settled financial condition and financial ability to meet the contractual obligations.
The tenderer must as a minimum achieve rating as worthy of credit.

1. The tenderer shall present a list of the principal, relevant assignments for the previous 3 years, including information of values, dates and recipients (names of awarding authorities). The list(s) shall also contain names and e-mail addresses of contacts for the 3 most relevant references. The references will be contacted upon requirements, only. The tenderer shall give a brief description of organisation, ownership, number of employees, specialised departments as well as localisation;

2. The tenderer shall also give a description of the workshops/service personnel and competence. An overview of the relevant service personnel shall be presented. If the tenderer does not hold own workshops/service personnel, documentation from sub-supplier which demonstrates that the tenderer can offer necessary resources for carry out necessary service and repairs shall be presented.

1. The tenderer shall have experience and competence from minimum 3 relevant deliveries of corresponding vehicles in relation to extent, capacity and equipment, for the previous 3 years;
2. The tenderer shall have capacity, recourses and competence to provide necessary service and technical assistance.
