Sandnes municipality, Sandnes Bydrift KB invite tenderesr to a competition for the procurement of a lorry mainly for water and sewage operations. The procurement shall be leased financed and the lease period shall be 5 years with an option for a further 2 years. The vehicle shall be offered with part exchange of a MAN 2001 mod. with crane and plane with 3 way tip.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
As documentation the awarding authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian (the awarding authority subscribes to services from Experian).
Suppliers are to ensure that they know what information is registered on the company and consent by submitting a tender that the information can be obtained and will form the basis for the assessment of the supplier's financial conditions.

Suppliers shall have the economic and financial ability to fulfil the contract.
Suppliers must at a minimum achieve a rating of credit worthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
As documentation suppliers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant contracts in the last three years, including information on value, date and recipient (name of the customer). Base on the list(s), suppliers shall state the name and e-mail address of a contact persons at the three most relevant references. The references will only be contacted if needed.

Tenderers shall have the capacity, resources and competence to provide the necessary services and technical assistance.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Suppliers shall have experience and competence from at least three relevant contracts in the last three years of an equivalent vehicle as described in the tender documents, as regards size, capacity and equipment.
Suppiers shall give a short orientation of their organisation, ownership, number of employees, trade departments and location. Furthermore the tenderer's workshop/service resources and competence shall be described. An overview of the relevant service personnel shall be given.

If a tenderer does not have his own workshop/service resources, binding documentation shall be enclosed from a sub supplier that proves that the tenderer can use the necessary resources to carry out the necessary service and repairs.
