The Nordland Hospital, c/o Department Stokmarknes, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall replace the existing washing machines in the laundry with new barrier washing machines. The amount of laundry per annum is estimated to approx. 140 000 kg, which constitute approx. 560 kg per work day (250 days).
Machines and laundry operations shall be managed in accordance with the Norwegian Board of Health Supervision's requirements and instructions for washing and processing textiles in health institutions. All these requirements and instructions are safeguarded in the requirement specification (see minimum requirements in Mercell).
Tenders shall contain information of all requirements given in the qualification requirements and in the minimum requirements in Mercell. Any annexes are uploaded on the below given link.
Note! Prices shall be excluding VAT in Mercell.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1.) Company registration certificate.
2.) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
3.) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
4.) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
The tenderer shall substantiate registration in Register of Business Enterprises or trade index in accordance with national legislation.
The tenderer shall present tax and VAT certificates. The certificates shall be issued on form RF-1244 from chief municipal treasurer. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months. The tenderer shall present HSE - Self declaration.
The tenderer shall present a list of the principal deliveries for the previous 3 years. The deliveries shall be relevant to the products requested in this tender invitation. The list shall also contain information of values, dates as well as public and private recipients.

The tenderer shall state 3 references from recipients in this list. Each reference shall include name of contact and telephone no. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to contact the stated reference persons and other persons with relevant experience in use of the equipment at the recipient. It may also be relevant with inspections of equipment at selected reference projects

The tenderer shall present auditor approved annual accounts for the previous 2 years, or extracts thereof
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall substantiate established environmental policy/routines for external environment. Environmental policy and environmental certificates, if any, shall be presented.
The tenderer shall have a quality assurance system which ensures that procedures, guidelines and instructions are safeguarded internally in the organisation. Extracts of quality assurance system or certificates shall be presented as documentation
