Møre og Romsdal County Municipality issues invitations to a tender competition for execution of the following services in connection with Building 08, BTR. 1 at Kristiansund high school:
— Engineering design group.
The tender competition covers consultancy and engineering design - all disciplines- for the project up to completion of the functional description for the tender documents for turnkey contract. The performance will include:
— design drawing, Btr.1 m/ adaptation to extension Btr. 2,
— pre-project Btr. 1,
— functional description for the tender documents for turnkey contract.
All tenders shall be sent electronically via the Mercell website www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent via Mercell after the deadline has expired.).

We recommend that the tender is submitted in good time before the deadline expires, e.g. a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline for the receipt of tenders expires.

The last received tender will be seen as the final tender.
The tender requires an electronic signature.

Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature so this process should be started as soon as possible.

Vilkår for deltakelse

Arbeidsklausuler i offentlige arbeidskontrakter.

To qualify, tenderers must have their wage and work conditions on the same level as any Norwegian supplier must adhere to, irrespective of the employees are working for supplier or sub-contractor. Supplier must document this by submitting proof that supplier adheres to the ILO convention number 94. Document through self-declaration on attached schema.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

To be eligible, the supplier must document having a healthy economy with economic and financial strength that gives the award authority confidence that the supplier will be financially viable throughout the contract period, and fully able to fulfill their obligations, given the estimated limits of agreement. Suppliers must demonstrate financial feasibility oby documentation of:

Official statements for the last two years, 2009 and 2010 with management report and auditor's notes, as well as annual accounts for the first 6 months of 2011. Relevant key figures will be considered.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Supplier and any sub-consultants shall document the central approval for PRO / KPR in the enterprise class 2.

If supplier's business and any sub-advisers do not have central authentication, must supplier substantiate in any way that similar local authentication can be achieved. Copies of previous accepted responsibility can be attached as documentation.

Foreign suppliers must document compliance with equivalent competence so that they can acheive local approval.
