Kr.sund upper secondary school-builder’s representative for building 08, constr. stage 1, building 10

Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has decided to construct building 08, construction stage 1 and truck hall connected to building 10 at Kristiansund upper secondary school. In connection with the engineering, procurement and construction contract, the Awarding Authority shall contract for a builder’s representative who shall ensure the builder’s interests in connection with implementation of the project in such a way that the contractor executes the works in accordance with contractual requirements for progress, finances and quality.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline.
If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender.
The tender will require electronic signature.
In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no, or www.bankid.no. Attention is drawn to the fact that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
