Nettalliansen’s owners shall have new, modern and future orientated Customer Information System (CIS) as a service, which in an efficient way will ensure that the owners always have a cost efficient CIS system and fulfil all the relevant current and future CIS requirements from the companies’ premise donors. This means, among other things, efficient, modern and future orientated handling of core functions with, among other things, customer service, commercial functions, settlement of energy consumption based on read measurement values and functions in order to take care of imposed inspection assignments. For a number of the members an assessment shall be made as to whether it is appropriate to combine CIS with measurement as complete or partial compliance of the AMS regulation requirements.
