The turnkey contract includes internal and external plants in the Central building West (52 000 m2), Pier North (64 000 m2) and some areas in the existing buildings.
The extent is given in the tender documents.
The turnkey contract includes all necessary engineering design related to supplier, including system design and coupling descriptions. The contract also includes production of foundation for work drafts and sector plans. The work drafts are prepared by the Awarding Authority’s consultant -Team_T.
The following main elements are included in the contract:
— Software, exchange equipment and licenses,
— Graphical alarm presentation for monitoring, control and management of various types of integrated security components,
— Auxiliary control board, door nodes and card readers,
— Automation and logic for control of doors, gates and other related systems,
— Auxiliary control board and logic for advanced control of lifts,
— Detectors, robbery and alarm system,
— Installation and cabling of auxiliary control board, nodes and exchange equipment in rack,
— Configuration, commissioning and testing,
— Coordination of interface towards existing systems, door environment, gates, fire alarm system and other related systems,
— At Oslo Airport Gardermoen the Nice Vision video surveillance system is in use.
The access control and intruder alarm system shall be integrated with the video surveillance system in such a way that interaction between the alarms in the systems is accomplished. Detailed information of requested functionality is described in the tender documents.
— The contract is considered transferred to contract 72551 ICT infrastructure,
— The system shall be established in OSL’s Security-LAN with integration to OSL ICT infrastructure and joint services.
Relevant options:
— Cabling and installation of peripheral equipment in a separate contract.
Contract 72552 ICT cabling and ICT installation includes an option for cabling and installation of equipment included in contract 72561. The Awarding Authority will, based on these options, consider where this service is most suitable.
— Agreement of operation and maintenance. The following preliminary progress schedule is made for the contract:
—— Distribution of tender documents December 2012.
—— Delivery of tenders March 2013. — Contracting June 2013.
—— Start of works spring 2014. — Step-by-step use of the plant.
—— Completion spring 2017.
