K103 Molde upper secondary school - engineering design group for construction stage 2

Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority invites to a tender contest for the following services in connection with K103 Molde upper secondary school construction stage 2: Engineering design group.
The tender contest includes consultancy and engineering design - all disciplines - for project until and including initiation of tender competition for engineering, procurement and construction contract. The services include:
Development stage, including:
- Sketch drawing projects/assessment of alternatives.
- Preliminary project.
Option for:
Implementation stage and completion, including:
- Development stage, detailed engineering design, function directed engineering design for the basic contract and the engineering, procurement and construction contract.
The assignment excludes services in the project for Møre og Romsdal counties, subsequently to initiation of engineering, procurement and construction contract. The engineering design group is not allowed to enter into agreement with property developer prior to termination of contract with Møre og Romsdal counties.
All tenders are to be submitted electronically through the Mercell portal: www.mercell.no, within the deadline for receipt of tenders. Too late received tenders are rejected (the system does not allow tenders submitted electronically through Mercell subsequent to deadline for receipt of tenders).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline. If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no, or www.bankid.no.
Attention is drawn to the fact that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
