Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Service providers must document the financial ability to fulfil the contract by the official annual accounts for the last two years, 2010 and 2011 together with the board's and auditor's reports.
Liability insurance shall as a minimum have coverage in accordance with NS 8402. A copy of the insurance policy is to be enclosed as documentation.
A minimum of the builder ombudsman shall speak Norwegian. This is to be documented by a self-declaration.
