K-72451 Control, regulation and monitoring (SRO) -HVAC

This tender notice includes contracting of engineering, procurement and construction K72451 HVAC Control, regulation and monitoring system for the expansion and reconstruction of the terminal building which is as a part of the T2 project. The engineering, procurement and construction contract HVAC Control, regulation and monitoring (SRO) includes engineering design and execution of local automation, i.a. involving peripheral equipment, energy meters, automatics distributions, substations and main centrals for all HVAC plants to the new central building west of the railway station and the new pier north of the existing central building. Total area approx. 112 500 m2 new building.
Approx. 20 000 m2 of the existing terminal building shall be reconstructed and adapted the new expanded terminal building. The automation in sections of this area, in the interface towards existing system, will be included in the works for contract K-72451. The extent of the reconstruction in this contract will vary in relation to the affected areas.
The agreement shall be conducted as engineering, procurement and construction contract.
The following preliminary progress schedule applies for the contract:
— distribution of tender documents; October 2012,
— deadline for receipt of tenders; December 2012,
— contract award; March 2013,
— start of construction site; June 2014,
— completion; spring 2017.
