Senter for IKT i utdanningen, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for procurement of services in connection with supplier independent IT research and analyses services, as well as analyses based consultancy services. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a reliable element of services (subscription service) which shall be included in the delivery and where other services and tenders can be subject to call-offs occasionally and in accordance with requirements. The services included in this contract shall be focused on the requirements an IT executive director /IT manager and his closest employees make in relation to technology surveillance, market and trend analyses as well as consultancy services in connection with technology and principles for management of IT activities.
