Norsk Tipping AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to engage consultants with top competence in the IT area. The consultants shall challenge and be “sparring partners” for making right future choices and decisions for the Awarding Authority.
The objective of this tender contest is to enter into framework agreements with 3 providers with regard to IT consultancy services. Minor call-offs will be divided between the providers the Awarding Authority enter into framework agreements with.
Larger assignments will be subject to miniature tender contests between the framework agreement partners. Presently the Awarding Authority has a number of ongoing support and maintenance agreements for IT equipment and software. When found adequate and correct, these agreements shall continue.
This tender contest shall cover new and future services, as well as provide excess value beyond the existing agreements.
If required, the Awarding Authority will engage new suppliers in connection with this contract. These suppliers shall evaluate the existing IT systems and the related services. It is important for the Awarding Authority that the company has access to external top competence for the area IT Consultancy services. All documents in this tender contest are in Norwegian, only.
