The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall carry out inspections of bridges in Region South. The Awarding Authority will require access equipment such as lift/underlying bridge lift with operators for inspections in height and under bridge decks. The contract period is 3 years and the inspections shall mainly be carried out during the summer months. The contract period is from 23.4.2012 until 31.12.2014 for all assignments.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Company tax certificate (national requirement).

(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

If the tenderer is participant in a working partnership, the tender shall include statement of joint and several liability towards the builder and third-party.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Documentation of potential, substantial alterations in the tenderer’s equity and solidity in relation to the most recent auditor approved accounts, shall be enclosed the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the tenderer has positive equity. If the tenderer is participant in a working partnership, the requirement will apply for each of the participants. The tenderer’s average annual turnover must, as a minimum be equal to the annual turnover the contract will generate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Tenderer with a newly established company and therefore cannot present the requested references, must in the tender describe the company formation and the employees’ competence, planned organisation in relation to the assignment and the proposed key personnel’s CVs. The tender shall also contain a statement on how the tenderer will be organised in connection with implementation of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have necessary technical, professional, organisational and administrative competence.

Technical and professional competence and relevant experience of the key personnel proposed for implementation of the assignment. Documentation of this shall be included in the tender.

The tenderer shall have experience with works of corresponding nature and complexity and it is required that the tenderer can state references to relevant contracts, executed in a satisfactory manner. Documentation of this shall be included in the tender.
