Industrial cleaning and vacuum tanker services

Hafslund Varme AS

Hafslund Varme will enter into agreements with suppliers for the service "Industrial Cleaning and vacuum tankers". Construction sites are in or near Oslo and Østfold.
The supply consists of:
— Industrial cleaning of production facilities (incinerators/heat exchangers),
— Removal of slag and ash from furnaces, intermediate fans and boilers (solid fuel systems),
— Vacuum tanker services and general support in connection with draining of piping for district heating,
— Contingency plan the above services.
The procurement will be undertaken by competition with negotiation and is a two-stage procedure with a pre-qualification phase and an award phase.
Pre-qualification phase: Suppliers submit requests to participate in the competition. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements will be sent the tender documents and will be invited to submit tenders.
Award phase: suppliers who have submitted tenders and satisfied the requirements in the tender documents will be invited to negotiations.
