Implementation of the inhabitant survey 2012/2013 - 2012/271

The Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) is, on behalf of the Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs (FAD), responsible for implementing an inhabitant survey. The survey has been carried out once before in 2009/2010.
The survey shall be nationwide representative and it shall be sent to 30000 randomly selected inhabitants drawn from the national register. The dispatches and replies shall mainly be carried out by normal post with paper forms, but it shall also be possible for the respondents to reply over the internet. The survey consists of 2 main parts. Part 1 of the survey will first be sent to all the 30000 respondents. Part 1 consists of one questionnaire on various aspects of living in the municipality and in Norway. Part 2 will be sent out to those with experience of 23 selected services/entities, one form for each service/entity.
