The annual accounts for the previous 3 years including the board’s annual report, profit and loss accounting, balance sheet, notes and auditor’s report.
Credit appraisal/rating not older than 6 months based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency. If found necessary, the Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit appraisals.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the previous 5 years, with certificates of satisfactory execution of the most important works. The certificates shall state the works’ value, and the date and place of the works as well as the extent to which the works were carried out professionally and properly. A reference person ought to be given and the Awarding Authority shall be given permission to contact this person,

— An account of the tenderer’s average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years.
