The procurement includes ICT related Hardware, service and licences as well as system integration function. The objective of the procurement is that the Competition Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall cover the continuous procurements of hardware (servers, network printers, backup systems, PCs, etc.), operating assistance in connection with existing systems and purchase/implementation of potential new systems. Dun & Bradstreet’s rating A or equivalent. The rating report from a credit rating agency shall be included in the tender. The report must be based on the previous years or later years accounting figures (relevant companies are i.a. Soliditet, Experian and Proff Forvalt).

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial strength in relation to the activity in general and in relation to the nature of this procurement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(2) Other documentation required (please state below).

7. It shall be substantiated that the tenderer is member/ affiliated a return system, as well as description of the system and products included.

8. Documentation of net shop, how many distributors and how often the stock of goods is updated, etc.

Link to the net shop and test user must be included in the tender.
