Innkjøpssamarbeidet i Sør- og Nord-Østerdal

The Procurement Cooperation in South and North Østerdal intends to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection of alcohol sales and serving licences in accordance with the instructions and guidelines stipulated in the law and regulations given by central and/or local authorities. The contract also includes the municipality's inspection responsibilities in serving places in accordance with the law on the protection from tobacco injuries. In addition the contract also includes inspection and consultancy on internal control at the same places.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Extender Report from AAA Soliditet. The report shall be dated after the notice date for the competition. A credit rating equal to or better than "A" or "AN" is required for participation in the competition.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
Account of the company's system for quality assurance, including health, environment and safety that is relevant for this contract, a copy of any certificate issued by a public quality assurance institution.
Service providers shall, when the contract is signed or during the contract period, document an environment management system that consists of routines for the following elements:
— The company's environmental aims and environment policies,
— Strategy in the environment field,
— Execution of the service in an environmentally responsible way, e.g. waste sorting and transport.
