Midsund Care centre (including kitchen), Midsund health centre and the home nursing service.
Fræna nursing home and care centre.
Rauma nursing home, Åndalsnes nursing home, Veøy Care centre, Voll Care centre and the home nursing services.
The Aukra home (including kitchen), the home nursing service and Aukra medical office.
Option: 2 nursing homes and the home nursing service in Fræna municipality.

1. Option for the participating municipalities to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year.
