Hafslund Nett (the Network company), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has divided the concessionary area in 10 areas and shall install low voltage network in the company’s trunk line and service line network in these areas. Autumn 2012 the following areas will be subject to contracting: 1. Asker, 2. Bærum and 3. Romerike. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 1, 2 or all 3 areas. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to award contract to 1, 2 or 3 contractors. The contract shall be implemented in accordance with the framework agreement for the given area and the given period. Subsequent to contract signing, continuous call-offs against the framework agreement from the Awarding Authority to the executing contractor/contractual party will be carried out. Compare arranged unit prices, response time and agreement conditions in general.
The tender documents provide information of historical quantities for each area. The contractor must undertake to have capacity to conduct all assignments in the area within given deadlines. The contractor is invited to offer delivery (ies) for one or several areas, but further division of the stated areas are not relevant. Further specifications of the requested works are given in the tender documents.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts)
