Statens vegvesen Region vest

Customer wish to receive offers for supplies of helicopter services in the counties Sogn og Fjordane, Hordaland and Rogaland. Assignements will primarily cover flying of geologists in relation to inspecition of avalanches (inspection service). The tender includes an option for services like cleaning out the avalanche, clearing of ice masses and other types of assignements (optional service). It is not necessary to be able to supply the optional services in order to take part in this competition.
Customer will contract with at least three suppliers (parallell framework agreements). The contracts shall together cover one helicopter base in each of the counties Sogn og Fjordane, Hordaland av Rogaland. It is not necessary for every provider to be based in all three counties. It is the sum of the contracts that must give us access to atleast one base in each county.

The duration of the contract is two years. In addition, the customer has options to extend the contract twice, one year wach time (2+1+1).

Ability to fulfill the contract. Experience from similar assignements that are offered. This counts for the company, not the specific pilot.
Copy of necessary certificate and licence from the Civil Aviation Authority. Copy of certificate of the mainenance organisation. List of references with contact information.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
License from the civil aviation authority in Norway to perform the offered services in business. Access to a certified maintenance organisation in accordance with Part-145 (Maintenance organisation approvals).
Ability to fulfill the contract. Experience from similar assignements that are offered. This counts for the company, not the specific pilot.
