Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax certificate,
— VAT certificate,
The certificates shall be issued on form RF-1244 from the chief municipal treasurer. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months. Any arrears must be explained.
— Foreign tenderers must enclose equivalent confirmation that public taxes have been paid in the country where the tenderer has his place of business,
— Norwegian tenderers shall enclose an updated company registration certificate,
— foreign tenderers shall enclose certificate(s) for legal registration in the establishment country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— tenderers shall enclose the annual accounts for the last 2 accounting years, together with the auditor's annual report,
— tenderers can be credit rated,
— recently formed companies shall enclose the accounts and auditor's reports for the period that the company has been in operation,
— a bank guarantee can be given as equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— short description of the tenderer's pesronnel and technical units that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract,
— documentation of education and professional qualifications for the company in general,
— documentation with information on the education and professional qualifications for the person or persons who are responsible for carrying out the service (CV is to be enclosed),
— list of the most important and most relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information on value and date, as well as the name of the public or private recipient,
— if a tenderer will use sub suppliers, a binding statement shall be enclosed that shows that the tenderer can use the necessary resources for all of the contract period,
— account of the tools, machines, instruments, materials or technical equipment that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment,
— account of the tenderer's quality assurance system/control system,
— copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
