Innkjøpssamarbeidet i Nord-Østerdal

KThe municipalities in the procurement cooperation in Nord-Østerdalen aim to enter into a framework agreement for furniture and fittings for offices, schools, nurseries, institutions, libraries etc. The contract shall cover the municipalities’ needs for ongoing purchases and supplements of different types of fittings. In 2011 the amount purchased under the framework agreement was approx. 800 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The awarding authority has an option for a 1+1 year extension. The contract period is for a total of up to 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Tenderers shall fulfil the requirements for conduct in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 11-10 (1) e, or 20-12 (1) 3. The form for the self-declaration on conduct can be downloaded from: http://www.abakus.as/images/stories/mal/Egenerklring_om_vandel.doc.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment. Extended credit rating report AAA Soliditet. The report shall be dated after the notice date for the competition.
If this is not enclosed, confirmation shall be given that Abakus has the authority to obtain an extended report from AAA Soliditet and base their assessment of the tenderer’s economic and financial position on this information. The information on the tender date will be used.

A credit rating equal to or better than "A" or "AN" is required for participation in the competition.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
