Framework agreement for furniture and fittings for Bamble, Dragedal, Kragerø, Siljan and Skien municipalities and Telemark University College.
In addition 20 intermunicipal companies will have an option for a framework agreement (see point 5 participant list companies).
The following product groups shall be procured:
Office furniture.
Office chairs.
Conference furniture and environment furniture.
Archive/cupboards/shelves.
School and institution furniture.
Various furniture and fittings.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. In order to register your interest in this tender and get access to documents you have to copy and paste the link into your internet browser.

All tenders shall be submitted electronically via Visma, visma.no/tendsign by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Company registration certification stating that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as described in the law in the country where the supplier is established.
Tax certificate. A tax certificate is required for tax and payroll tax. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate RF-1244 issued by the chief municipal treasurer. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months. Foreign tenderers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian.

Financial ability to fulfil the contract. Tenderers are required to have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The tenderer's complete annual accounts for the last two accounting years (i.e. profit and loss accounting, balance sheet, the board's annual report and the auditor's report). If a supplier has a valid reason as to why this documentation cannot be enclosed, the supplier can prove his economic nad financial position with other documentation that GKI can accept.

Capacity. Tenderers shall state their capacity, as well as document their average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management. Documentation requirement: Employees involved in the logistics work and which functions they have.
