Open tender competition/turnkey contract competition for engineering design services for and the construction of a new building for the Frøya arts and competence centre in Sistranda in Frøya. The project comprises approx. 4000 m² gross new building with outside area. Open tender competition for complete turnkey contractor groups with sub contractors and with technical consultants, the already chosen architect company will be transported to the turnkey contractor group. The contract is for engineering design services for and the construction of a sixth form college and arts centre in the same building based on the worked out winner draft after the mini competition for architect companies has been held. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction where the winning project from the architect competition shall be further developed to the preliminary project in an interaction phase with the awarding authority and users before a contract is signed for construction in accordance with NS8407.
