The Awarding Authority shall procure services and some products for 30 buildings. The procurement includes floor cleaning, spring cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning of PCs, cleaning of keyboards and cleaning of telephones.
Purchase of 5-6 types of paper and disposable products is expected to be adequate. This is stage 1 in the tender competition. In stage 2 the requirements will be further described. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Environment: Membership in relevant recycling programmes. Must have established environmental measures with focus on environmental impact the company may cause through conducting the requested services. These measures must be briefly described, alternatively substantiated by presenting ISO 14001 certificates, EMAS approval, the Swan eco label approval, Eco Lighthouse certification, etc.
