Horten Municipality, Technical Operations - Construction Environment, manages approx. 125 000 m² purpose built constructions, and shall enter into an agreement for construction management.
Horten Municipality has existing framework agreements for parts of the construction trade, and is in the process of framework agreements for various construction trades.
The need is renovation and maintenance of building components, to safeguard municipal buildings against water damage, ensure a good indoor climate and energy-efficient solutions.
The agreement shall keep the focus on law and regulatory constraints, and user satisfaction in the buildings.
Typical parts of the services to be performed.
— Simple engineering design and clarification of needs,
— Construction management and reporting,
— Trade related renovation and exchange of building components,
— Preventive maintenance.
