Consultant assistance for ICT projects in Statsbygg within the following categories:

3. Process support
At least three framework agreements will be entered into on the basis of this competition, as long as competition gives basis for it.

The assignment is to be performed on the basis of accrued time in accordance with the framework agreements hourly rates.It is estimated that the value of the contracts awarded under the framework agreements will be in the range of 15 million to 25 million Norwegian krone over 4 years.The framework agreements are for a period of two years, and then will be renewed automatically for one year at a time, given that both parties are allowed to terminate the agreement with three months written notice prior to the expiration of annual renewal. The agreement shall not extend beyond the four years from the formation of contracts.The awarding of the contracts under the framework agreement may be at anytime during the framework agreement period. Each contract awarded under the framework agreement can be valid beyond the duration of the framework agreement, and then so that the provisions of the framework agreement concerning the individual awarded contract apply accordingly also to the framework agreements discontinuance.
