Division of the procurement into independent tender competitions.
The procurement is divided into a total 7 independent tender competitions where the tenders will be appraised in relation to stated award criteria for each tender competition. The awarded contracts will be separate units after the contract signing and will be subject to separate prolongations, if any.
It is therefore possible to submit one or several tenders divided in tender competitions under the geographical areas listed below. Further divisions will not be accepted.
Tender invitation for one or several of the following contractor services:
1. Contractor: painting, flooring, bricklaying, concrete and carpentry works.
2. Machines/works.
Areas where one or several tenders are accepted:
Market area Trøndelag (MOTR):
Part 1) Trondheim municipality (including Kristiansten fortification) and Stjørdal municipality (including Værnes garrison) (construction contractor, only).
Part 2) Ørland Main Air Station (construction contractor, only).
Market area North part 1 (MONO):
Part 1) Øst-Finnmark: Høybuktmoen and the Norwegian Armed Forces’ residences in Sør-Varanger (both construction contractor and machines/works).
Part 2) Vest-Finnmark: Porsangermoen and the Norwegian Armed Forces’ residences in Lakselv, Banak air station (construction contractor, only).
Market area Hålogaland Nord (MOHÅ):
Part 1) Andenes air station and Sortland municipality (construction contractor, only).
Part 2) Harstad, Evenes and Tjeldsund municipalities (machines/works, only).
