The Awarding Authority’s objective of the procurement is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements for each special field. The contract includes: Consultancy services for Oppland County, Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal and Nord Fron municipalities. The intention is to enter into framework agreements for engineering design and ensure sufficient capacity and high quality competence, at all time. The Awarding Authority wishes, through the framework agreements, to associate with personnel who can be engaged on short notice and in accordance with requirements.

(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
