Framework agreement, ventilation services and materials

Norges Bank, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for delivery of services and materials for ventilation system. The works shall mainly be reconstructions of the building. The contract mainly includes smaller channel works in relation to reconstructions. Each assignment will normally be between 4 hours and 2 days. This year a meeting room department with an area of 700 m2 was initiated. The description of these works are prepared by a consultant for execution in the framework agreement.

— Core competence.
— Overview of the company’s total manpower relevant for execution of this agreement.
— The company’s organisation plan.
— The supplier shall attach a list of equivalent and relevant deliveries for the previous 3 years, including information of:
— Type of assignments.
— Contact person with telephone no. /e-mail address.
— A principal statement of the quality assurance system the supplier will use in order to ensure the delivery and quality of the assignment included in the framework agreement. List of contents for the quality assurance system shall be attached.

The supplier shall have good capacity.
The supplier shall be well experienced from corresponding deliveries.
The supplier shall have a good and efficient quality assurance system.
