Oslo Politidistrikt - Økonomiseksjonen

Oslo Police District, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for delivery of various protective equipment. This includes i.a.: protective footwear, protective gloves, protective goggles, hearing protection, ear plugs.
Option: the procurement will also include leisure wear and work clothes. The tenderer is allowed to deliver protective equipment, leisure wear and work clothes, or both.
The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Credit appraisal with key figures from an approved credit rating agency. Tenderers not worthy of credit (e.g. rating C or lower at D & B) will be rejected. Membership in relevant recycling systems. If the tenderer is a manufacturer or importer of products included in a business life financed recycling system, a membership certificate or member no. from the recycling system shall be presented.
If the tenderer is not member in a recycling system, membership shall be established within signing of the contract. The following products are included in the recycling systems: batteries, vehicles, car wrecks, corrugated cardboard, drinking and packaging paper board, electric and electronic products (EE), bottles and cans, glass packaging, cooling agents, metal packaging, metal and plastic buckets, insulation glass containing PCB, and plastic packaging.

Description of the tenderer’s quality assurance system and description of ongoing works related to product development. This can be substantiated by presenting certificates of ISO certification or equivalent.
The tenderer must have established relevant environmental measures with a focus on the environmental impact the company may cause in connection with implementation of the requested services. These measures shall be briefly described, alternatively substantiated by established environmental management systems such as ISO: 14001 certification, EMAS certification, the Swan certification, Eco-Lighthouse certification or equivalent.
