Procurement of temporary staff services, cleaning personnel. The objective of the agreement is through mutual cooperation, efficient communication and simplified routines ensure access to qualified labour in connection with short term requirements.
The framework agreement regarding hiring of cleaning will not prevent the Awarding Authority’s requirements for extra personnel using own part-time employees and regular temps who wishes to work extra.
The Awarding Authority may also carry out temporary employments in connection with requirements for special competence. Example of this is in connection with planned leave of absence, holidays, etc.

The procurement of the temporary staff services has the last years varied, but the value in 2010 was approx. 2 200 000 NOK excluding VAT and approx. 965 000 NOK excluding VAT in 2011.The average annual procurement of temporary staff services is approx. 1 600 000 NOK. This estimate is not binding for the Awarding Authority. The historical consumption can only with reservation be used as estimate for the expected consumption in the next period since requirements for temps varies and are dependent on factors beyond the Awarding Authority control.The Awarding Authority is not obliged to purchase service to a fixed sum but to procure services in accordance with requirements.
