Framework agreement, tankers and adjacent technical plants

Avinor AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has initiated a central environmental project where the main object is to describe and implement necessary measures in such a way that the Awarding Authority’s airports are managed within the conditions given in the discharge permit and requirements in the Pollution Control Act with regulations.
The Environmental Project includes i.a. improvement of tank facilities for oil products, de-icing fluids, chemicals, etc. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into framework agreements for purchase of tanks and related equipment in order to ensure costs, time consuming and quality acceptable deliveries included in the Environmental project as well as to the Awarding Authority in general subsequent to the Environmental project’s conclusion.
The Awarding Authority intends to procure a number of tanks and adjacent technical plants within the end of 2015. The Awarding Authority is planning a re-establishment of approx. 35 tanks for diesel, formate, aviation fuel and waste oil. It may also be relevant with technical upgrading of approx. 50 plants. These upgrading may include chemical containers, pumps, registration units, level inductors, air pipes, flooding protection, flooding notifications, collection systems and other pipe systems. The tanks shall be made of steel, GUP or other suitable materials.
The type of deliver may vary from delivery of single components to contract for turn-key facilities. It may therefore be possible to enter into agreement with several suppliers in order to cover the requested range of products. The tenderers are therefore invited to submit tenders for lots. The framework agreement is 3 years with option for 2 years prolongation.
The Awarding Authority is carrying out a prequalification process of the tenderers where the intention is to assess the tenderer’s suitability in relation to implementation ability and fulfilment of fundamental product requirements.
