Centre for ICT in the Education, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority or “Senteret”, wishes to enter into an exclusive framework agreement with one service providers for purchase of system development services where the purpose is to provide assistance in the technical implementation of the “Virtual Mathematics School”. The objective of the procurement is to provide the Awarding Authority necessary access to technical competence in connection with delivery of a pilot version of “the Virtual Mathematics School” which has high quality. The delivery period is for the school year 2013/2014. The Awarding Authority will require a broad technical competence in system development, integration and adaptations.

The framework agreement period is until the project’s scheduled conclusion in June 2014.Option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. During the project period, the Awarding Authority expects to procure services in the range of 3 000 000 and 5 000 000 NOK. As an option, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a maintenance agreement with the suppliers of the developed systems. The maintenance agreement shall be based on the Norwegian State’s standard agreements.
