Boligbygg Oslo KF has ventilation installations at approx. 140 addresses and would like to join up with a service provider who can operate and carry out service on these ventilation installations in the period 1.10.2012 to 30.9.2014.
The framework agreement covers service, operation and maintenance in accordance with the specifications on the ventilation installations at a described number of addresses in the stated contract period. A standard service shall be carried out once or twice per address per year during the contract period.

This procurement follows the open tender competition procedure. This is a procurement procedure that allows all interested service providers to give a tender, but which does not allow negotiations. Tender documents have been worked out for the procurement. These docuemnts and annexes can be downloaded from Oslo municipality's procurement portal, www.oslo.kommune.no/anskaffelser. All service providers must register here and download the documents in the competition. All communication about the procurement will go via Oslo municipality's procurement portal. The exception to this is service providers' questions about the tender documents and the receipt of tenders. Participants are to cover the cost of participating in the competition. (NT Ref:262078).

The contract has an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms, however with price adjustments if the option is taken up.

The service provider shall be a legally established company.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

Service providers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Service providers (as a company) shall hae good experience from equivalent assignments.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Service providers are required to have an internal and external environment profile, including a good and well functioning environment management system - ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent - or be able to document that the necessary environment management system will be implemented during the contract period.

The contract for Oslo municipality's procurement of trade servies will be used for the assignment to the extent that it is appropriate, as well as the standard terms for Oslo municipality's procurement of trade services with the changes, supplements and clarifications listed in the contract documents.
