Estimated value of the agreement is in the range between 4 000 000 and 6 000 000 NOK per annum in 4 years. The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation (total maximum agreement period is 4 years).The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the specialized field plumber services, including pipes for medical gases, and compressed air, for addition and alterations but does not apply for already published contracts. If the tender is competitive in relation to a contract, the Awarding Authority is free to use sub-supplies from the framework agreement. It is the Awarding Authority who decides what is considered a contract in each case and if the framework agreement, i.e. this tender, is to be used entirely or partly.The contract does not include automatic controls.It is not compulsory for the Awarding Authority to procure through this agreement, but the Awarding Authority is through own guidelines obliged to carry out efficient procurement processes and aim at include as much as possible of the procurement in the agreement. Procurements which may not be included in the agreement are major reconstructions and in those cases separate tender contest will be carried out.The Awarding Authority has entered into a separate agreement for engineering design/consultancy services and this service area is therefore not included in this agreement.Reservations made against these requirement specifications may result in rejection of tenders. The Awarding Authority has hospitals spread around Østfold County, but the main activities are located in Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden cities. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with one suppler who can cover the entire area.4 000 0006 000 000
