The following specialized fields are included: Sanitary, heating, fire-extinguishing, water treatment, gas and compressed air.

The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation (total maximum agreement period is 4 years).The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the specialized field plumber services, including pipes for medical gases, and compressed air, for addition and alterations but does not apply for already published contracts. If the tender is competitive in relation to a contract, the Awarding Authority is free to use sub-supplies from the framework agreement. It is the Awarding Authority who decides what is considered a contract in each case and if the framework agreement, i.e. this tender, is to be used entirely or partly.The contract does not include automatic controls.It is not compulsory for the Awarding Authority to procure through this agreement, but the Awarding Authority is through own guidelines obliged to carry out efficient procurement processes and aim at include as much as possible of the procurement in the agreement. Procurements which may not be included in the agreement are major reconstructions and in those cases separate tender contest will be carried out.The Awarding Authority has entered into a separate agreement for engineering design/consultancy services and this service area is therefore not included in this agreement.Reservations made against these requirement specifications may result in rejection of tenders. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for:
1. Turn-outs to all times except weekdays between 07.00 and 16:00 (turn-outs for weekdays between 07:00-16:00 are included in the tender).
2. Major reconstructions. Concrete requests will follow individual projects. In this case the Awarding Authority requests option for entering into the framework agreement or if separate tender contests for reconstructions shall be published.
The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.

— The tenderer shall obtain and deliver credit appraisal from AAA Rating (former Dun&Bradstreet) or equivalent. This shall be submitted with the tender. The credit appraisal which is the basis for qualification in the tender contest is A or equivalent. If other credit appraisals are used, the rating shall be worthy of credit. The tenderer is responsible for controlling own rating in such a way that necessary information, etc., is attached the tender. See also the following point,

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(4) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts)
(5) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(6) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(7) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)

Relevant approval for enterprise class 3 regarding execution of HVAC services, compare “Guidelines for building applications” from SBTE 1.7.2011, page 90 or equivalent approval.
