Framework agreement – Procurement of weather stations

Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet

Statens vegvesen own and operate approx. 250 weather stations for registering weather observations along the road network in Norway. These weather stations shall be upgraded to a new standard in the period 2012-2014. In addition approx. 60 new weather stations shall be procured over the same period.
Statens vegvesen would like therefore to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of weather stations. Statens vegvesen would also like to enter into a service and maintenance contract for both the existing and the new weather stations.
The length of the framework agreement will be 2 years from when it is signed with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The framework agreement will be valid for the whole of Statens vegvesen and deliveries shall be made nationwide. Statens vegvesen would like to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 suppliers.
