Framework agreement: procurement of consultancy service VMware

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into one framework agreement with one service provider for procurement of consultancy services within VMware. The framework agreement shall ensure that the Government Administration Services (G.A.S.), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, access to consultants who can cover the Awarding Authority’s requirements for:
— operation support and stand-by arrangement for the Awarding Authority’s VMware systems,
— assistance in faultfinding on the Awarding Authority’s VMware systems,
— architect and layout assistance for the Awarding Authority’s VMware systems,
— other assignments in relation to maintenance and further development of the Awarding Authority’s VMware systems.
