Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester

The objective of this framework agreement is to cover Forsvarsbygg Utleie’s need for:
— Service agreement/control/periodic follow up and placing bait boxes,
— Professional consultancy service,
— Search by use of fibre optical equipmentt,
— Removal of nests, tussocks, etc,
— Urgent call-outs for insect plagues,
— Prevention/consultancy.
Electric insect traps (insect killer apparatus or equivalent).
The contract is divided into independent competitions.
The procurement is divided into a total of 8 independent tender competitions where the tenders will be assessed in accordance with the given award criteria for each competition.
One or several separate tenders can therefore be given divided between the stated geographical areas.
Market Area West (all 3 sub-areas must be offered and separate price lists for each area shall be completed):
Area I: Bergen, Os and Voss ((Haakonsvern, the Naval College, Submarine pen, Bergenhus, Galta, the Norwegian Armed Forces’ residences in Bergen, Korsnes Knappen, Flesland and Ulven);
Area II: Stavanger, Madla, Sola, Jåttå, Vatneleiren, Skykula near Bjerkreim, Måløy, Soma and Haugesund;
Area III: Kristiansand.
2. Market Area Hålogaland 1:
Area I: Andenes and Sortland municipalities;
Area II: Harstad, Evenes and Tjeldsund municipalities.
3. Market Area Hålogaland 2:
Reitan, Bodin military camp, Bodø Main Air Station and the Norwegian Armed Forces’ residences in Bodø.
4. Market Area Nord 1 (both sub-areas must be offered and separate price lists for the two areas shall be completed):
Area I: Høybuktmoen and the Norwegian Armed Forces recidences in Sør-Varanger;
Area II: Porsangmoen and the Norwegian Armed Forces recidences in Lakselv, Banak.
5. Market Area Nord 2:
Bardufoss Main Air Station, Heggelia/Rustad military camp, Maukstadmoen/Skjold, Setermoen and the Norwegian Air Force’s station in Sørreisa.
6. Market Area Trøndelag (both sub-areas must be offered and separate pricelists for the two areas shall be completed):
Area I: Trondheim and Stjørdal municipalities;
Area II: Ørland.
7. Market Area Østlandet (both sub-areas must be offered and separate price lists for the two areas shall be completed):
Area I: Åmot, Lillehammer, Hamar, Elverum, Løten and Stange municipalities as well as installations/buildings in Brøttum, Land, Raufoss.
Area II: Dovre municipality (Dombås).
8. Market Area Oslo and Market Area Oslofjord. Oslo (Akershus Fortress, Lutvann, Linderud, Huseby and residences administered by the market area), Kolsås, Gardermoen, Sessvollmoen, Heistadmoen, Eggemoen, Trandum, NordKisa, Hauerseter and Kjeller, Rygge, Mågerø and Horten.
