Norges Bank

Norges Bank, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of office and computer supplies and copy paper. The agreement involves delivery of office and computer supplies to the Awarding Authority’s accessories depot in Oslo, as well as distribution of copy paper in the building.

In 2011 the Awarding Authority purchased office and computer supplies and copy paper for approx. 1 800 000 NOK. Total value of the contracts which are awarded the next years are expected to be in the range of 0 - 2 500 000 NOK per annum. Observe that the value of the agreements is subject to considerable uncertainty. Previous experience indicates that the requirement may vary from year to year.

The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 2 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse

(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The supplier shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

The supplier shall be a legally established company.
The supplier shall ensure settled pay and working conditions for the employees. This shall be substantiated by presenting a self-declaration regarding pay and working conditions.

Description and documentation of the supplier’s professional qualifications and competence in delivery of office and computer supplies and copy paper to businesses of corresponding complexity and size.
Overview of the principal deliveries for the previous 3 years with corresponding competence areas. Description of the supplier’s organisation, including number of employees in total and number of employees expected to be engaged in the contractual obligations.

The supplier’s managerial rooted environmental policy shall be attached the tender. I.e. a brief statement of the existing environment routines. Documentation/certificates of environment certifications shall be attached the tender.
