Network, video conference and security equipment with the accompanying systems consisiting of four sub areas:
1. Network infrastructure, measuring traffic and fault finding:
The sub area network infrastructure includes the procurement of equipment, software, services and service and maintenance of line equipment, network switches and routers, network administration, network infrastructure security, wireless local network infrastructure, load balancing, cabling, measuring traffic and fault finding in the department’s network etc.
2. Video conference systems:
The sub area Video conference includes equipment, software, services and service and maintenance of both traditional video conference systems and high resolution video conference systems as well as support systems for administration, operation and monitoring of the systems;
3. Security systems:
The sub area security systems includes the procurement of IT security equipment, security software (in accordance with the framework agreement on security software that ends in March 2013 or March 2014), operative security services, service and maintenance services and similar services;
4. Access systems:
The sub area access systems includes the procurement of equipment, software, services and service and maintenance of products that are included in the department’s access system for employees, partners and suppliers, as well as access from lower security levels to higher levels, and MS ActiveSync-access. The functionality included in the system includes access gateway, load balancing of service that are used in the actual access system, monitoring, 1-factor and 2-factor authentication.
