Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— the supplier shall have his tax and VAT pyaments in order,
— the supplier shall have a functioning HSE system,
— the supplier shall be a legally established company,
— the supplier shall have orderly wage and work terms for its employees.

Norges Bank reserves the right to contact references.
— A general account of the quality assurance system that the supplier will use in order to ensure delivery and quality of assignments under the framework agreement. A contents list for the quality assurance system shall be enclosed.
If a supplier is certified in accordance with ISO standards or similar, the certificate shall be enclosed.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: — the supplier shall have good experience in similar deliveries.
