Norsk Tipping AS

For the implementation of major projects and other initiatives, Norsk Tipping has at times a need to engage external resources in order to ensure that the projects are realised at the correct time, cost and quality. Norsk Tipping would like to enter into parallel framework agreements within the following service areas:
Back office – design and development.
Model, designers and develop back office systems, including data warehouse, finance-integration, data for the Lotteri- og Stiftelsestilsynet, grass root calculations and payments etc.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The framework agreement is for 2 years from when the contract is signed (from approx. 1.7.2012 to approx. 30.6.2014). Norsk Tipping has an option in the contract to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year so that the total contract length is 4 years. There is no guarantee for the amount or minimum volume over the contract period.

— Any other information that is relevant to the company’s accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

— Short company presentation that describes vision, business idea and business areas,

— Short description of the organisation (including organisation chart), company form and ownership structure,

— Overview of the service provider’s total manpower and capacity,

— Description of the service provider’s competence as regards the requested service area (specific persons shall not be stated under this requirement),

— The service provider shall document that he systematically follows up…

… security and security events, e.g. ISO27001 or equivalent,

… quality and deviations, e.g. ISO9001 or equivalent,

— Description of how the company operates professional competence development of its own employees and the exchange of experience internally,

— Description of the methodology for competence and experience transfer that will be used for Norsk Tipping.

— The service provider shall be a well established company within the requested fields,

— The service provider shall have very good competence and the ability to fulfil the contract within the requested service area,

— The service provider shall have a satisfactory system for systematic follow up of security and security events,

— The service provider shall have satisfactory procedures for following up quality and deviations,

— The service provider shall have satisfactory routines for competence development and exchanging experience, both internally and with Norsk Tipping.
